Biography

With a background in program delivery, production coordination, and project management, Maddison is well-equipped to contribute to the dynamic landscape of independent Australian and New Zealand cinema.

She started out at Nine Network as a Production Coordinator, working across both the Local Production Unit and Commercial Production teams. It was a fast-paced environment, and gave her a solid grounding in managing the many moving parts that go into delivering large-scale productions.

During her time at Nine Network, she worked across multiple seasons of My Way (Series 5–8), as well as live broadcasts like McHappy Day (2022 & 2023) and the 2024 Nine Telethon supporting Mater Little Miracles. She was also involved in commercial production campaigns and the development of Tina Turner: The Best is Yet to Come (2023).

Prior to this, Maddison worked with big brands such as Australian Retirement Trust and Bunnings Warehouse using multimedia and local engagement initiatives, creating experiences that connected audiences with the brands in meaningful ways.

This blend of broadcast production, marketing, and community engagement continues to shape her approach; grounded, collaborative, and focused on delivering work that resonates with audiences. She’s excited to be part of a team championing bold, independent filmmaking across Australia and New Zealand.
